Following productive discussions, the PBPSA team was given a behind-the-scenes tour of the plant, where high-precision production of Polybutene (PB-1) pipe takes place. A milestone in leadership
After serving as PBPSA Chairman for seven years, Patrick van Beek shared that he would be stepping down from the role.
“After leading the Polybutene Piping Systems Association as Chairman for seven years, I have decided to step back and hand over this vital role to my successor, Lee Flood from RWC,” he said. “Yet, I will continue to represent LyondellBasell within the association.”
This marks a new chapter for PBPSA, with continued support from seasoned leadership and fresh perspectives shaping its strategic direction.
